Deborah R Goodwin, MA, LMHC, NCC

Deborah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. She graduated with honors from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and holds a Certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy, with experience and special training to work with children, adolescents, couples and families.

She has completed Part I and Part II EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing) training and utilizes various play therapy techniques in her practice. She is currently working toward EMDR Certification through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).

Her experience is not limited to her work in Private Practice and includes working with troubled adolescent girls in an alternative educational environment, working with individuals and families in a community setting and counseling children in Orange County Public Schools.
